I am not certain exactly what this person is saying....can someone assist?

Woah what a mess! I found it difficult to find/identify you among all my friends...

I'm not sure of the last bit "Pero que está muy bien.." I guess she is complimenting you on the photo.

Me cuesta hacer algo means that I find it tough to do something, e.g. Me cuesta hablar español.

"Pero que está muy bien" means "But it's OK".... i think...
