To come first (in sequence)

Question

The phrase "to come first" can actually have a few different meanings in English, but I am interested in the idea that something comes first in a sequence.

For example: The chapters about nutrition come first. Those on anatomy come later.

My instinct was "venir primero" or even "estar primeros" or "ser primeros," but my research indicates it should be "ir primero." But, still, I wanna see how that sounds to others.

By "research" I mean I looked up the phrase at wordreference.com here, where they have the following example:

come first vi literal (be first in sequence) ir primero vi

Nuestro equipo va primero en la liga.

My attempt: Los capítulos de nutrición van primero. Los de anatomía van después.

(Not sure about "come later/afterwards" either.)

Primero los capítulos de nutrición, luego los de anatomía.

The use of "ir" is correct here
