you are a " Legend "
Hey is anybody here not a legend?? 
Last night a chat was hosted by me for Spanish native speakers or those whose native language is not English.
We had a lot of people join in:
Feliz was there, he is always willing to help
Territurtle was there too, she was connected and immediately joined the fun.
I met Ianta, first time on chat for me, her English is superb as Sally already told us
Lovely and Vicente had a great time, their English is just....unbelievably good
Then there was Chris , who never fails a chat 
be it in English or in Spanish.
Mary from England with her beautiful Gloucester accent, she was understood by everybody
Lucie came at the end of the chat, she had been busy, but it was great to have her there.
Shame cogu was not connected
I would also like to welcome our newcomer Maylegoas, María, you have seen her on the forum asking for help with her English, now she is having a lot of private chats with forum members , like Chris, lovely...
And then of course...the super star Ray. I must admit, off and on I get angry with him, but then, who can be angry with a flirt like him for a long time? jeje In any case, I blow up and then cool down, so he was there and we had such a great fun night, jeeeeeeeez, have we missed ya , mate
And yes siree bob, as soon as he came on, he was flirting with Maria, that beautiful lady with the sunglasses. She had a rough time understanding him but then, ladies and gentlemen, she said, hey, you must show me your photo, so, I conclude: there is HOPE!!

It was so funny last night!! l really enjoyed that!
Best thing about it was that we had so many English accents from all around the world!!
Ray with his beautiful Australian accent!! OMG l realized that l need to change my English level to under beginner after that Ray!
Mary from England, her accent is very clear and easy to understand 
Feliz & Chris of course both of them have a completely different accent!! really nice to hear them speaking!
Territurtle was there too, such a nice pleasure to speak with her!
And Ianta who has absolutely wonderful English was there too!
Vicente is already talking English fluently! his English is really nice 
Maria from Peru was there, her English is improving so fast, and her Spanish is so easily understood!

Thank you Heidi , yes it was a fun night ,or morning for me , I cannot understand
why Maria could not understand my mellifluous dulcet tones ,and her English was
quite good , far better than my fractured Spanish , lovely to hear the soft
Gloucestershire accent again , Mary you are a charmer , Chris mate you have been
so patient with me that I force myself to study in order to get your approval. Dear Paul
such a good man , good luck to you mate , Lanta sorry about my pathetic Greek ,
I could not believe that you are not a native English Speaker you have no accent.
Heidi you are so gentle in a school marm way without your guidance it would
be a shambles . I do hope more members will join in next week i need the practice .
Thank you to all who participated and made it a fun learning night . And I am not a flirt , well perhaps a little one .

This was a really fun chat - we had people with English accents from all over the world - it was a lot of fun to listen to!
It was a great opportunity for all of our English learners to hear all kinds of different accents.
As everyone has said - our newcomer Maria wants to learn English, and she is trying so hard - I encourage everyone that wants to practice to talk to her - and her Spanish is very clear....
As always, thank you very much Heidi for arranging this - it was soooo much fun!!

It was fun as always, great to chat with familiar people and to meet some new ones too.
I was very impressed with how well the non native English speakers coped with more than one person speaking English at a time.

As you-guys were chatting I was finishing up some work! Oh how I miss the chats....I know, I know, For all who have not been a part of a chat you must do it!!!! You learn so much and get to meet with so many great people!!! It is so much fun!! As always, I'm shooting for next Saturday and will look for the thread this week. I can't say it enough....the people here are so awesome and so willing to teach, talk, and of course L A U G H!!! Chats are a great way to get to know people as well!!! I've met so many great friends...in fact I'm meeting a few of them at the end of December!!!! I'm soooooooo stoked. Have a great day everybody.

Indeed, it was fun!
Best thing about it was that we had so many English accents from all around the world!!
That is exactly what I liked, the different accents. For sure, Chris', Terri's and Lucie's accent was the easiest to understand by far. Only a few times I had difficulty in understanding Paul and Mary but what I found really difficult was understanding Ray because it was the first time I listened to an Australian accent.
I was amazed at Vicente's English, he deserves to win the competition.
It was nice meeting Maria, I hope she likes being here and stays for a long, long lime.
Lovely you have a nice voice and your English is great.
Thank you Heidi for organising this chat, it was fun and a good chance for us to speak.
Oh, and thanks everyone for teaching me the word insemination, Mary your explanation was great!

That was really fun, I wish I could have come earlier but at least I got there for some of the action. Still not sure why I was the dog...since the subject quickly changed to a comparison of horses and prostitutes! Ah well, that's what makes the chats so great! Thanks everybody!

I am so sorry that I missed this one. I'm really happy that we are having chats again. These are so useful and beneficial to anyone who wants to improve their English or Spanish. I recommend them to everyone. Give them a try!

Last night chat was GREEAT! We had people from all over the world, so many different accents, wow ! It was wonderful to meet new people for me as Ianta(perfect English by the way), Mary(whose accent I love, jeje), and our new member Maria (whose name made it a bit confusing, you know, Mary and Maria, even Heidita mixed them up more than once! hahaha ) and our Ray (with an Australian accent that .. Jesus Christ ! I was starting to beat my head against the wall 
hahah) and of course, our STARS! Heidita, Chris and Lovely -
It's always great chatting with you guys. We always have a lot of fun on every chat - Hopefully we'll have more people participating next time- remember that you only have to be online on Skype and ready, you're in

I knew that SD was wonderful, and I needed to practice my speaking with someone that could teach me, so I asked Heidita and she invited me to this web site. Sincerely, I was surprised to meet such an excellent group, that I'm happy to be with a group like you: Ray, Ianta, Chris, Lovely, Lucie, Mary, Vicente, Feliz77, Territurtle, and you Heidita, you are great undoubtedly you have a great gift: to join people of all the world to learn and have fun making friends.... I have no more to tell you thanks for inviting me to be part of your group.
I understand the confusion about my name of Maria with Mary, so you can call me May, this is my nickname.
