Frankly I have a hard time to understand the lesson about " the tildes" or spanish accent rule. Can you explain better with step by step examples

Have you read the Reference articles on the topic?
hmm. We used to have one entitled Intonation, but I no longer see it.
Ok, you can link to other articles like the one entitled Stress by clicking on words like aguda or grave in the article on Tildes/Accent marks.

&You;'re probably approaching the "problem" from the wrong direction. First learn how to correctly pronounce the words. Once you have the pronunciation down (which, obviously, includes the stress) the spelling is trivial.
