'disculpe me por hablar tan mal el espanol'

No - This means "Excuse/pardon me for speaking Spanish so badly/poorly."

Disculpente por hablar tanmal el espanol.

This is mixing persons. It should be either "disculpate" or "disculpese" or (if addressing several people) "disculpados"/"disculpense".

P.S. and it should, of course, be "español"

Welcome to the forum. This is a language learning site, please use correct capitalisation and grammar in your posts.

I think there are a lot of errors in that Spanish sentence. I am guessing it is meant to be 'disculpe me por hablar tan mal el espanol' which translates to 'I apologise for speaking Spanish so badly'

I am only a beginner though so wait for someone more experienced to confirm that.
