Comparisons...Comparaciones

Hi, I'm trying to see if these examples about comparisons are ok. I have 3 questions that I don't think I understand very well.

Yo corro más rápidamente que ella nada.

I run faster than she swims.

Can someone double check that please?

No puedo hablar español con tanta fluidez como querría hablar.

I cannot speak Spanish as fluently as I would like to.

I think this is closer to "I cannot speak Spanish with as much fluency as I would like to speak." I'm not sure if the Spanish version is grammatically correct. Is there a better way to say this?

... and I'm trying to say this correctly.

Te echan de menos a ti más de lo que te lo dicen.

They miss you more than they tell you.

Is this correct? When "lo" is said twice, I think it translates to...

They miss you more than that which they tell it to you.

I would omit the "lo" in "te lo dicen", but can I really just say "...más de lo que te dicen"?

I'm stuck on this one, any help would be great smile

-I run faster than she swims... Yo corro mas rápido que ella nadando.

-I cannot speak Spanish as fluently as I would like to. - No puedo hablar Español con la fluidez que quisiera.

-I think the translations are good but not perfect. But if they help, they help. I use them to communicate with people and ask my questions as well, and I have understood them very well. It's always good to get a second opinion.

That helps a lot, especially the example with "fluidez".
:) - GuitarWarrior, Sep 6, 2011

Hi again, everyone.

I guess I need more help with the third problem, because I'm stuck and I plan to use it soon.

Te echan de menos a ti más de lo que te lo dicen.

They miss you more than they tell you.

I guess I'm asking whether it sounds natural to a native.

You have been very helpful, Bettyboopqui. Thanks again everybody. smile
