when do u use nosotros and when do u use nosotras'

Read what manutd wrote, there could be a million girls and one guy, it would still be "nosotros". Nosotras is all female.

mm I'm not so sure about it. My teacher said once, that it should be nosotras if there are more girls than guys...

Yup, nosotras is we for chicks only. I use it with myself and my daughter

Even if there is only one guy in a group of a million girls, nosotros would still be used.

You would use "nosotras" if the "we" you are talking about is a group of 2 or more women (with no men), that includes you. I would never use it, because I'm a guy =)
