How to record and upload audio files

Instructions for creating an audio file (in Windows):

  • Open Windows Media Player (which is also a recorder) - you should find this under Accessories.
  • Create and save your audio file on your computer

Garage Band

If you're on a Mac and make your file in Garage Band the only difference is that at the end you will need to export it to Itunes - do this by clicking on the 'Share' tab then 'Send Song to Itunes' - easy peasy. Once there Itunes converts it to an 'aiff' file which is fine to upload into Archivo.org.
