Hola, amigos.
How long have you been studying Spanish? For me, it's been...oh, about four years. I love Spanish!
Or for those who are learning English, how long has it been?

me aprobó en la universidad hace casi 3 años y ahora me encanta español
Solo dos semanas, y es muy divertido. I have no confidence in my abilities, so I'm sure I said something wrong there! I know for sure that I'm still a bit hazy on ser vs. estar, object pronouns, and I only know maybe two tenses for a handful of verbs so far. I'll keep plugging along though. I want to learn this language!
Come to think of it... it has been exactly one year today!
Hace cerca dieciocho mes empecé aprender español. Me lo gusta mucho. Tengo muchas palabras en mi cabeza y cuando vaya a Espana me gusta practicar lo que he aprendido
I've been studying english for about a year and a half, without taking into account school classes, because they were very bad
He estado estudiando español desde hace más de tres meses.
Casi dos años
Let's see. My dad began teaching me a few words here and there when I was probably 5 years old, so.... more than 25 years for me!
I hope that is not discouraging... I have not always kept up with it. I started getting more serious about a year ago.
I learned a bunch of bad words when I was 20. About three years ago I had to revive and build on my vocabulary for work. Now I'm 30, and being immersed at work is the best thing I could have done for my Spanish.
I've been studying English for around 48 years and the spelling still doesn't make sense. . .going from spelling to pronunciation isn't that bad though.
SpanishDict has such a diverse community. Gracias!
