Virtual Keyboard accents
I have just found a useful website that provides virtual keyboard accents for a wide variety of languages including all the Romance langauges: Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Romanian and many others besides. You can simply click on the language and it seems to include all the accents you need! I have provided a link to the home page and you can check it out for yourself 
I have just checked the page on IE8 using McAfee
You do not need to down load anything or use shortcuts although I believe it does tell you which ones to use. I have not investigated this aspect fully prefering a more striaghtforward approach

No tiene que descargar nada o usa aceso directo aunque creo que le aconseje cuales tienes que utilizar. No he examinado este aspecto en detalle, porque prefiero tomar un enfoque más directo.

I just tried it, Feliz. It worked very well. I used it to type a message and then cut and pasted the message into this box.
Puedo usar este web sitio para los acentos y también puedo cortar y pegar esta oración en este hilo. ¡Muy bien, Feliz! Hay más de los acentos como, ü, que no está en la caja de Spandict.
