all English native speakers here: I wouldn't mind if you let me know about this inversion issue.

So here it is, jeje

Check this: Inversions

Complete the following sentences with the correct form of the verb. Be careful with the tenses!

1) Hardly ever (he clean) the dishes. His wife always did it.

2) Not only (he can swim) but (he also ski).

3) I have a vivid imagination but never (I think) that he was going to be so bad.

4) They always go to the cinema but hardly ever ( they go) to the theatre.

5) He couldn’t speak English and neither ( he can speak) French.

6) The students study a lot so hardly ever (they fail) the exams.

7) Neither (she tell) the truth nor (she confess) to the crime she had committed.

After a few more entries I will take my try at it. I don't like the sentence construction much, and to me they need a bit of reworking to keep the tenses and intention.
