The Parking Lot

The “Parking Lot” is a place where topics can be put or “parked” for later discussion. It can include questions, concerns or topics that we don’t have time for during the presentations. The facilitators write the question, concern or topic on the Parking Lot so that it can be discussed at a later time during breaks, at lunches or at the end of the day we will continue the discussions.

We will use this is a way to manage discussions that are extensive, need additional research, that getting off track of the objectives of our session.
