*****we would relax on the beaches*****

nos relajarse en las playas?

How do you make conditional words when they are reflexive?

How would you say this sentence?

  • I probably should have been more specific. As I am answering a question that asks what you would do if you were on a vacation in Central America. So in this case you would use the conditional correct? - Starcrafted Feb 8, 2011 flag

As Usarenzo pointed out, you would need to have the appropriate context for the conditional to be necessary (an if clause, for example):

Si fuéramos ricos, nos relajaríamos en la playa todos los días - If we were rich, we would relax on the beach everyday.

  • This is what I thought he meant, but I can see the other use as well. Would = used to. - jeezzle Feb 7, 2011 flag

Solíamos relajarnos en la playa or Nos relajábamos en la playa. It's not the conditional what you need, but the imperfect since you are narrating facts that happened in the past and had a continuity (habitual) aspect to them.

I hope this helps!
