One of my passions is cooking. I love everything about it, from reading cookbooks to the different tools used in the process to the actual food. So I thought why not combine my love for all that is cooking with my love for Spanish… And maybe I would learn something in the process...

This is your standard A to Z game where the theme is cooking. Please list anything to do with cooking… Meats and other ingredients, tools, methods, measurements, etc…but especially dishes! Starters, Main Course and Desserts!

El whisky = Whiskey

SOLOMILLO AL WHISKY FUSSIONCOOK

Ingredientes: 1 solomillo de 600grs 8 dientes de ajo ½ vaso medidor de whisky 1 pastilla de caldo de carne El zumo de una lima Aceite hasta la marca 40 del vaso medidor Sal Maldon

Preparación: Ponemos el aceite en la cubeta y seleccionamos menú manual 10 minutos, cuando esté caliente el aceite ponemos los solomillos y los doramos por todos lados, si es muy grande lo podemos partir por la mitad, cuando estén dorados los sacamos y reservamos. En ese mismo aceite añadimos los ajos picaditos y los vamos haciendo, cuando cojan color añadimos el zumo de la lima y el whisky, removemos todo y añadimos los solomillos, cancelamos el menú y cerramos la fussioncook , con válvula cerrada seleccionamos menú guisos o menú manual 15 minutos, cuando esté listo despresurizamos manualmente.Cuando los sacaquemos para servir añadir sal Maldon por encima

El kiwi

Ingredientes 2 huevos enteros 2 yemas 100 gr. de azúcar 1 copa de whisky 3 kiwis cortados en daditos + 1 kiwi cortado en rodajas, para decorar 300 ml. de crema de leche

Preparación:

Ponga en una olla los huevos, las yemas y el azúcar. Coloque este recipiente a baño María, batiendo la mezcla sin parar hasta que se forme una crema.

Retire del calor, agregue el whisky y la crema previamente batida. Mezcle revolviendo en círculos, con cuidado para que no se baje la mezcla.

Ponga en 4 recipientes individuales los kiwis cortados en daditos, cúbralos con el sabayón y decore con las rodajas de la fruta. Lleve a la heladera y sirva bien frío.
