I've never heard anyone call those wrenches 'de estirón', I suppose it was a guess. Those are called 'llave de cruceta' (the whole wrench, for the X shape) or 'llave de vaso' (if you refer to the type of socket) - bill1111, Dec 27, 2010

Well.. 'buen derechazo' literally means 'good punch with the right fist'. 'To give a knockout punch' would be more correctly translated as 'noquear de un puñetazo' - bill1111, Dec 27, 2010

This is more or less correct, but there is more to it. In Spanish, when you talk about specific, material things (a present, a house, a car, etc..) you use 'para', ie: 'este regalo es para usted' - bill1111, Dec 27, 2010

Also, 'brillarías' is bad for 2 reasons. First, it's not the correct verb. It's like saying 'Sparkle/glitter that flashlight over here'. A light source is said to 'iluminar' things, and here you could also ask for someone to 'point it' or 'apuntar'. - bill1111, Dec 27, 2010
