It may change to Spanish as "sodolipiaexcotilisgifralicapersu" (Spain) or "osodilaipxeocitsiligarfilacrepus" (wikipedia: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supercalifragilisticoexpialidoso)) - HolaComoEstanUds, Dec 11, 2010

Supercalifragilisticoexpialidoso

That's how I remember the song in the Spanish dubbed movie...

This is the link to the Latin American Spanish version... it's the version I saw in Mexico, I don't remember anything about the weird words in the wikipedia link about Mexican Spanish... Supercalifragilisticoexpialidoso

Why in the world would anyone want to? It's a nonsense word made up for a Disney movie for a song. It doesn't mean anything. Use the same word in Spanish. It's equally valid.
