how do you say scoring in spanish and we have to add iendo/ando ending to it

I would say it 'llevar la cuenta' (keeping the addition [of points])

these days many would have said 'mantener el score' as the English is sometimes brought into the language.

the iendo and and ending is the equivalent of ing in English.

so keeping score is 'llevando la cuenta' o 'manteniendo el score'.
