Another option if you have an Apple product and iTunes software, you can download the podcasts for free.

Hello bosy

The way I did it was via RealPlayer.

When the video is playing right click on it and you will get the option to "download to RealPllayer" then when you have it in RealPlayer you can "move" it to whereever you want it on your PC and play it whenever you want to.

If you don't have RealPlayer it is free - just Google "RealPlayer"
