Just to add a comment:
Since you don't seem to be familiar with keyboards, realize that there are many keyboard layouts used on QWERTY keyboards according to what language that you are typing. So when you say that you are looking for a Spanish keyboard it is usually understood that you want the one that maps the punctuation to other keys from the standard US layout (to a more European layout). If you are an English speaker and just want to be able to add the accent marks and tilde on the letters use the US International keyboard. If you truly wish to use a Spanish keyboard layout you will find that many of the punctuation symbols are in different locations from the US layout. They are quickly learned, but anyone not familiar with the layout will not be able to use your computer until you switch back to US layout. The only difference between the US layout and the US International layout basically is how the apostrophe key works. ¿ is made using the ? key, ¡ is made using the ! key, í is made using the i key, etc.. Not so, if you switch to a Spanish keyboard.

Doing a search, as Lovely suggested, is a great way to get instant answers, unfortunately, everyone phrases that question differently so you get a freebie this time.
Welcome to the forum...check out these sites as well.
Here you go...
I have a printout of all the Alt Codes for Spanish and Portugues characters posted on the wall above my screen. At first they are a little tedious, but in very little time you won't even have to look anymore.
And here's a link to a program written by vikingo a SpanishDict user that basically makes the Windows Logo key a shift-for-Spanish key. Press the key of the letter you want an accent on or related letter for another Spanish mark like ü or ? and the Windows Logo key at the same time, and voilà: áéíóúü¡¿. It works a lot like the apostrophe key on the US International Keyboard layout.
