This is Portuguese quite probably Brazilian Portuguese:

Não falo ingles, traduzla ou fale espanhol" means = I don't speak English, translate it or speak Spanish

( traduzAa doesn't make sense ** it is mispelled portuguese and means traduzla = translate it

Traduz+la = traduzla = translate it La =( coisa= thing, by implication; 'it' )
