El dice que\___|\___|_ muy contento de vivir en Hawaii porque para el\___|\___|_mejor vivir cerca de la playa. Su libro Tiburon\___|\___|_un estudio muy importante de estas criaturas del mar.

• That's my opinion...they all appear to be ser apart from his being content to live in Hawaii.

Also, although quoting someone else (the teacher) as the text does, i don't believe this causes any subjunctive mood.

I think you should have tried to do it yourself first and then ask whether it is correct. You will learn nothing by getting someone else to do your home work.

Yes, I would agree about the subjunctive. It is just a statement of facts (in the professor's point of view).
