Pincho moruno = Shish Kebab or Kebab
as in pincho a thorn or spike, aka skewer and
a la moruna = Moorish style

If you are not pulling my leg, try Pincho Moruno. Sometimes Pincho Moruno skewers or Pincho Moruno Kebabs.
