How would you say "step dance" in spanish? baile ritmico'

I haven't seen a translation for this. Possibly because this is an Afro-American style of dance. My suggestion would be something like:
baile de pasos sincopados or Danza de pasos sincopados Literallly "Dance of Syncopated Steps"
