we do not use the word educational in the title.

However, if you wish, you could say:

Patólogo educativo de habla y lenguaje ó terapeuta de habla y lenguaje

Sounds weird in Spanish though.

In the US. It's for an evaluation report for a student who lives in the States. I know here we'll use "Patologo del habla" but what about the "educational" part?
