How do members of SpanishDict.com get to be admins to the site. I have noticed the little icon under some members names and I just wanted to know what it was for. Thanks for the Help.

You must be knighted by Queen Heidita to become an administrator.

I know that three of them were just recently made adminstrators for the primary purpose of tackling the daunting task of weeding through phrasebook submissions. See this thread.
