Need help traslating a sentence using "model"

I need the correct translation for:

I will model teaching techniques and explain their purpose.

Modelaré técnicas de enseñanza y le explicare su propósito.

Is this the correct translation?

Not too sure about the phrase but shouldn´t it be "sus" as your talking about "técnicas" - Eddy, Jan 5, 2010
