Hi I want to know how to order Tapas and drinks at a bar

You have to walk up to the bar and then when you have caught the waiter's eye ask him (with a smile): Me da la carta de bebidas y el menú de tapas, por favor?

Then, if you speak Spanish, just tell him what you want. If you don't, just point at something on the menu. If you are lucky, there will be photos and so you will know what you are getting.
