What would you call a vegetable farm, about 3 acres?

"Urban Roots is a youth development program that engages young people on an organic farm in East Austin."
What is the appropriate word for this farm? It is 3 acres and only vegetables. Is huerta or finca correct?

We had a previous discussion on which was bigger, a huerta or a huerto if you care to research it. (I think that the discussion was on the English term "kitchen garden")
One refers to a small vegetable garden and the other refers to a orchard or larger combination of vegetable garden and/or orchard.
The best that I can recall of the discussion, there was no agreement on which was which as the usage might be regional.
