How can I be able speak understand and write spanish soon and well?

You can't!!
Don't believe the claims that companies make to learn Spanish or any other language the "fast and easy" way.
There are just too many words to know and too many rules for using them, to expect that you can master a language over night!
Sure you can memorize a few phrases to use in predictable situations, but that won't guarantee that you will understand the reply or be able to carry the conversation any further.
Learning a language is a life long commitment. You can never know all there is to know about words and how to use them...even in your native language you can always expand your vocabulary.
The best way to learn as much as you can as soon as possible is to put in the time. Use as many resources as are available to you, TV music, books, the internet, podcasts, tape recorders, flashcards and native speakers.
Surround yourself with the rhythms and the feel of the language all day every day, and study, study, study! Something will stick...then you expand upon that.
