An adverb is a word that describes a verb, an adjective, or other adverbs (e.g. to run quickly, very tired).
1. (very badly)
No preparé suficientemente bien para la presentación y todo salió terriblemente.I didn't prepare enough for the presentation, and everything went terribly.
Matías sufrió terriblemente la muerte de su perro.Matias horribly suffered the loss of his dog.
2. (to a high degree) (colloquial)
A word or phrase that is commonly used in conversational speech (e.g., skinny, grandma).
