1. (to leave)

What time does the train depart? - At exactly noon.¿A qué hora sale el tren? - Al mediodía en punto.
b. partir
We plan to depart for the airport after lunch.Pensamos partir para el aeropuerto después del almuerzo.
c. irse
The flight departs at 8 pm, so we should get to the gate at 7:30 pm.El vuelo se va a las 8pm, así que deberíamos llegar a la puerta de embarque a las 7:30pm.
A transitive verb phrase is a phrase that combines a verb with a preposition or other particle and requires a direct object (e.g. Take out the trash.).
