Two verbs that come to mind for me, depending on exactly what sense you want to give it:

http://www.spanishdict.com/translate/satisfacer

satisfacer to satisfy, to meet, to please

6 to meet (cumplir) (requisitos, exigencias)

cumplir to fulfill, to carry out, to keep one´s promise

(alcanzar) [+condición, requisito] to comply with; fulfil; fulfill; (EEUU) meet estos productos no cumplen las condiciones sanitarias exigidas these products do not comply with o fulfil o meet the necessary health requirements;

I think this person may want to know how to say meet" in the sense of getting to know somebody. Just use the verb "conocer" "to know" in the pretertet tense or the future tense, otherwise the meaning of "know" is understood.

Ejemplos: I met Paricia the other day. " Conocí a Patricia el otro día."

I want to meet Guillermo. "Quiero conocer a Guillermo."

¿Te ayuda esto? Buena suerte
