If you give a bit more context you will get more answers, binevenido anyway! - annierats, Nov 27, 2011
My bet is still that you mean "at the same time" rather than still as in "it has not changed" .. then again you could mean it is still as in it doesn't move... still is an awful word! - rabbitwho, Nov 27, 2011
Oh... i thought it was clear enough... but what I'm trying to say is that it's modern but still as in it has not changed... is it possible to give me all the possible answers and explanations.? well not all but enough i guess - bpark123, Nov 28, 2011

In this instance: parece más moderno pero al mismo tiempo básico.. If that makes any sense?

I would say "aunque" = "although"

EDIT:

I think he meant "...aunque todavía básico"

Hi bpark123, and welcome to the Spanishdict forum

My suggestion is that you try having a look at the dictionary entries for still

If you pay careful attention to the way in which various sentences might be translated, I'm sure that you will find what you are looking for.
