What could the word "baha" "baja" mean

English speaking male repeats "me baha or baja" and his friend is still "baha or baja" while talking to spanish speaking female.

Some suggestions that don't seem to fit here. Baja can mean short in stature. Baja can be lower as in Baja California. "lower Ca". It is a versatile word with many different meanings (like crude, coarse).
Since baja could be the verb bajar conjugated you also need to consider those meanings. Being coupled with the pronoun "me" it is likely to be the conjugated verb.
You really need more context to determine its meaning.
