Do not use subject pronouns in Spanish. (You'll be sent to the dunce corner!)

Me temo que todos en SD tengan que colaborar si voy a aprender esta idioma…

I am afraid that everyone on SD will have to collaborate if I am going to learn this language!!

¡No seas tan pesimista, Chris! :) - Ingeteacher, Jun 23, 2011
Well, let's start right now. idioma is masculine. este idioma. - 0074b507, Jun 23, 2011
I think that when you use the "tengo miedo de que"....you are no longer declaring that we all have to help you, but you are expressing your feeling about that fact. You now need the subjunctive in the subordinate clause. - 0074b507, Jun 23, 2011
jajaj Q - I thought about that, but it is also a fact that I am not going to be able to learn this alone, I am going to need all of you guy's help in order to learn, that's why I didn't use the subjunctive....maybe I am wrong though....jejeje - 001a2987, Jun 23, 2011
I agree that "Tengo miedo de que" would require the subjunctive "tengan." - --Mariana--, Jun 23, 2011
"Me temo que todos en SD..." - fjfuentesh, Jun 23, 2011
Gracias Marianne and Julián!! :) - 001a2987, Jun 23, 2011

I hate when they say “Don’t collaborate with our enemies”. But he is very helpful.

Odio cuando se dicen “No colabores con nuestros enemigos”. Pero él es muy servicial.
