It could be... "me caí en la playa de estacionamiento". "caerse" means to fall down, and "caí" is the first person preterite tense of "caer". We must use the preterite instead of the imperfect past tense bacause the preterite tense is used for things that suddenly happen, like falling. You could say: He caido en el aparcamiento. in fact that is what I would say unless I wanted to be quite specific about when I fell in the parking lot.
