1. (related to many nations)
a. multinational

A feminine noun is almost always used with feminine articles and adjectives (e.g. la mujer bonita, la luna llena).
2. (international company)
a. multinational
La mayoría de las multinacionales que se establecieron en el país son financieras.Most of the multinationals that were set up in the country are financial agencies.
b. multinational company
La multinacional para la que trabajo me transfirió a México.The multinational company that I work for transferred me to Mexico.
