A feminine noun is almost always used with feminine articles and adjectives (e.g. la mujer bonita, la luna llena).

Dale una mojada a la camiseta para que después sea más fácil limpiar la mancha.Give the T-shirt a soaking so it will be easier to remove the stain later.
A word or phrase that is commonly used in conversational speech (e.g. skinny, grandma).
a. stab wound
La mojada fue infligida con un cuchillo de cocina.The stab wound was inflicted with a kitchen knife.
