A feminine noun is almost always used with feminine articles and adjectives (e.g. la mujer bonita, la luna llena).

b. weight

2. (clothing)

Mi papá perdió una mancuerna de su camisa justo antes de la ceremonia.My dad lost one of his shirt's cufflinks just before the ceremony.
