An adjective is a word that describes a noun (e.g. the big dog).
1. (free-spirited)
a. nonconformist
En la universidad, conocí a personas muy creativas e inconformes.At college, I met very creative and nonconformist people.
2. (not in agreement)
a. in disagreement
Muchos de los entrevistados estaban inconformes con la decisión del ayuntamiento.Many of the people interviewed were in disagreement with the city council's decision.
This means that the noun can be masculine or feminine, depending on the gender of person it refers to (e.g. el doctor, la doctora).
3. (free-spirited person)
a. nonconformist
Siempre fue una inconforme, no dispuesta a renunciar a sus principios e ideas.She was always a nonconformist, who refused to renounce her principles and ideas.
