FIFTH AMENDMENT La Quinta Enmienda a la Constitución estadounidense, recogida en la “Bill of Rights” o carta de derechos, establece que ningún ciudadano está obligado a facilitar información ante un tribunal de justicia que pueda ser empleada en su contra y que no podrá ser encarcelado ni sufrir el embargo de sus bienes a menos que haya tenido un juicio justo.
