b. creaky
La mansión era una vieja y oscura casa con pisos de madera crujientes.The mansion was an old, dark house with creaky wooden floors.
A masculine noun is used with masculine articles and adjectives (e.g. el hombre guapo, el sol amarillo).
3. (culinary)
a. crisp
El chef adornó su plato con un crujiente de parmesano.The chef garnished his dish with a Parmesan crisp.
