An adverb is a word that describes a verb, an adjective, or other adverbs (e.g. to run quickly, very tired).
a. sin rumbo
Albert decided that it was time to do something with his life. He was tired of casting around aimlessly.Albert decidió que era hora de hacer algo con su vida; ya estaba harto de vagar sin rumbo.
b. sin propósito
I drifted aimlessly through my twenties.Anduve sin propósito durante mis veintes.
