Cada Parte deberá cumplir con cualquier obligación que hubiere contraído en relación con las inversiones de la otra Parte.	Each Party shall comply with any obligation assumed regarding investments of the other Party.
El procedimiento de consulta será aplicable a estos acuerdos globales, incluso si no se hubiere definido la naturaleza de las operaciones ni se hubiere contraído un compromiso formal, sin perjuicio del derecho de decidir sobre cada operación individual.	The consultation procedure shall be applicable to these global arrangements even where the nature of the transactions has not been specified and no formal commitment has been entered into, without prejudice to the right to decide on each particular contract.
El Estado garantiza la Deuda pública y en general toda operación que implique responsabilidad económica para el Tesoro nacional, siempre que se hubiere contraído de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Constitución y en la ley.	The State guarantees the public debt, and, in general, ever operation that involves the economic responsibility of the national treasury provided that such obligations shall be contracted in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the law.
