Eso que habéis sostenido durante tanto tiempo se ha convertido en una parte de vuestra identidad, aunque os traiga gran incomodidad, y entendemos que este dejar ir es difícil para algunos.	That which you have held to for so long has become a part of your identity, even while it brings great discomfort, and we understand that this letting go is hard for some of you.
