Señor Presidente, los miembros del grupo interparlamentario Estados Unidos-Europa estuvimos debatiendo hace pocas semanas en Washington la ley Helms-Burton y criticamos que no se consultara a la Comunidad Europea.	Mr President, the members of the USA-Europe interparliamentary group discussed the HelmsBurton legislation in Washington a few weeks ago and criticized the fact that the European Community was not consulted.
