Como en Nicaragua siempre ha habido debilidad estadística, en esta etapa se propuso crear un sistema de información centralizado y único para documentar y dejar constancia de todas las atenciones que se estaban brindando a nivel nacional.	As Nicaragua has always suffered statistical weaknesses, it was proposed in this stage to create a centralized and single information system to document and leave a record of all the care being provided at a national level.
