qué tal todos ? me encanta su programa de spanish.com.

I have a question about accent position of " director".
According to exercise program, "rec" is written in bold and "director" ends in consonant "r".
I think, in this case, I have to mark accent on "e" of "director". but on answer page, there is no accent mark. No accent mark means, I have to pronounce it according to the genera rule.
In other word, I have to put th stress on the last syllable of "o".

I´m a little confused now, please refer to my question.

gracias y espero su respuesta amable.

Estimago Sr.Lazarus1907,

Muchas gracias para su respuesta amable.

Your explanation on my question is very clear and helpful for reminding spanish-grammar again.
I´m totally agree with your opinion that the example would be a mistake.

gracias y hasta luego.

You are right: If the word finishes in "r", and the stress was on the "e", this vowel SHOULD have an accent, according to the general rule of accentuation. If the accent is missing, the stress is clearly on the "o", which is the correct one.If "rec" is in bold (and this means stress), it is either English, or a mistake.
