what I want to know is how one describe someone who teases someone sextually.
You cannot translate many words directly without a context, because words have different meanings in English, and even more meanings in other languages too. Look at this conversation where a girl is trying to write a poem, she wants to use a different word, and tries go get help from another girl:
-Give me another word for "get".
-Obtain!
-No, that won't work.
-Become!
-No, that won't work either.
-Reach!
-No, too different for what I want.
-Bring?
-That wouldn't make sense.
-Catch?
-Doesn't fit here.
-But what on Earth did you want to say?
-"I am getting the meal ready".
-Ah, then you could say "preparing the meal".
The conversation could have continued like that if one of them hadn't asked for a context, because the verb "to get" has over 35 different meaning (without phrasal verbs). To make things worse, you'll need over 50 different Spanish verbs to translate every single sentence with 'get'. If someone comes to the forum and asks: How do I say "to get" in Spanish, without further information, the question is a waste of our time.
How to translate "tease"... in what sentence? In what context? Tease has over 7 meanings, and there are possibly more than 10 Spanish verbs to chose from for a proper translation.

For a moment I thought you were asking for a Spanish translation for the word it.
Ana's answer should have been that without context we can not translate the word since the word can have different meanings in different contexts. If you were referring to "teasing" your hair then her answer is incorrect.
i believe its embrome.
or to tease...embromar.
