Question

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day! This is a game where you can all practice your Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time! Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the answer I feel is the best, the fact that the person has corrected their post and possibly the number of votes. Este paisaje alrededor de la niña es muy interesante. En uno lado es mojado y lluvioso , en el otro árido. Puede ser que lo es un símbolo.

This landscape around the girl is very interesting. On one side it is wet and rainy, on the other arid. It may be that it is a symbol.

Thanks Feliz. I got that line from reverso contexto and it seems a common way to say "only one step away", but it would be good to know the grammar involved in the "a un" unless or course it is just idiomatic. - jellonz, Jul 20, 2017
